Our guarantee
Six promises, in writing.
“Trustworthy” is easy to claim and hard to prove. So here is exactly what you can hold us to on every job — backed by our NICEIC Approved and TrustMark registration.
01
Certified, compliant work — every time
Every installation is carried out to BS 7671 (the 18th Edition wiring regulations) and signed off with the appropriate certificate — an EICR, minor works or installation certificate. As a NICEIC Approved Contractor we self-certify domestic work to Building Regulations, so it is fully compliant without a separate inspection fee.
02
The price we quote is the price you pay
You get a clear estimate before any work starts, explained in plain English so you know exactly what is involved. We do not pad the bill — our invoices match the quote, and if something extra comes up we agree it with you first rather than adding it silently.
03
No upselling, no scare tactics
We tell you straight what needs doing and what can wait. If a small repair will solve the problem we will say so rather than pushing you toward a bigger job you do not need.
04
The same two people, start to finish
Allsafe is run by Edward and Michelle, and it is the two of us who quote, carry out and sign off your job. No unfamiliar subcontractors, no revolving door — just the same familiar faces you can hold accountable.
05
Tidy work, respect for your home
We keep the work area clean, take our shoes off coming in from outside, and leave your home as we found it. Customers regularly write that we left the house as if we had never been there.
06
A clear route if anything is not right
We are TrustMark registered (licence 297105) and a Which? Trusted Trader, so beyond our own commitment to put things right, you have independent schemes behind every job. If you are not happy, call us first — and we will make it right.
Backed by the badges.
Our promises are not just words — they sit behind independent accreditation and consumer-protection schemes.
